In true late 90’s fashion, the graphic design of this license plate is to the EXTREME with barbed wire, bones, and the threat of bodily harm. It also has an ellipses between “be” and “broken” which seems odd. Was the NWO unsure of what rules and bones were meant to be? Is it a tease, like no way anyone will ever guess what we’re about to say? Or was it just typical WCW nonsense? Yeah, probably that one.
