Winter Park, FL – Newly-crowned NXT North American Champion Thea Hail personally thanks Santa Claus for giving her a Christmas present early this year.
Arriving at Winter Park Village, the diminutive wrestler gleefully ran to greet the jolly holiday figure. Skipping the line of patiently waiting people, Hail giggled as she shoved children out of the way. Clutching her championship belt, she hopped into Santa’s lap.
“Ho ho ow!” winced the mall Santa as Thea Hail cannonballed backwards into him.
“Santy! Santy Claus! It’s me Thea!” exclaimed the former Chase U member. “I’ve been the bestest girl this year and I wanted to thank you in person for making me the new NXT Women’s North American Champion!”
“Now, I know I technically wasn’t supposed to win, but I knew that if I believed really, really hard, you would give me what I’ve always wanted,” smiled Hail. “Now here’s my list for next year!”
Santa unraveled a scroll containing Hail’s gift requests which included the NXT’s Women’s Championship, the TNA Knockout’s World Championship, WWE’s Women’s Speed Championship, and 10 Slammys.
