Phoenix, AZ – AEW star Harley Cameron has adjusted her catchphrase “Feel the wrath!” to the much most direct “Feel Wrath!”
The bubbly ventriloquist and one half of current Women’s Tag Team Champions The Babes of Wrath has become a fan favorite over the past year. Trying to capitalize on her newfound popularity, Cameron has decided to tweak her catchphrase, signifying the newest evolution of her character while also bringing in a veteran name.
“Just look at him!” said Cameron, pointing towards the hulking former WCW star. “Touch those taught, rippling muscles! Poke his cheeks! Flip that wet, stringy hair! Wax his mustache! Feel Wrath!”
While the change may confuse some, AEW fans have taken to feeling Wrath. At a meet-and-greet before this week’s Dynamite, fans paid $50 for a chance to touch the wrestler.
“Well, go on. Feel Wrath. Feel him! Now! Now! Now!” encouraged Harley Cameron at the event. At one point, she even produced a little Wrath puppet and engaged in a lively conversation.
Cameron is hopeful to convert the popularity of this catchphrase to also start encouraging fans to “Feel James Vandenburg!” and “Squeeze Glacier!”
