Tiger’s Game.com system (you’re supposed to call it “Game Com” and ignore the period in the domain name) was one of the worst handhelds ever. It was big, clunky, expensive, poorly supported by developers, and the games were lousy.
And we almost got a WCW game for it!
WCW Whiplash was announced for release (I’m guessing it was supposed to come out sometime in 1997), but never released.
I imagine that Tiger knew the writing was on the wall and decided it wasn’t worth spending the time on developing the game.
So, technically nobody bought this, but I just had to bring this obscure unreleased WCW game to everyone’s attention.
