From the pages of the August, 1995 of the World Wrestling Federation Magazine comes this delightful article written by your friend and mine, Vince Russo! This would be the second piece of the “Competition for Kama” series, wherein the Supreme Fighting Machine is pitted against warriors of all realms of pop culture. In the first round of the series, he knocked out TJ Combo of the videogame Killer Instinct. That’s so obscure, even >>I<< had to look it up. Why not Fullgore or Sabrewulf?

Anyhoo, today Kama will be pitted against the Italian Stallion himself, Rocky Balboa! This had to be the stuff of dreams for Russo, as we get a blow by blow of Kama taking on the legend of the silver screen. Not only that, but MICKEY makes an appearance as well! If Paulie’s robot shows up this will be the greatest piece of literature in the history of man.
It was a close fight, but in the end Rocky couldn’t answer the ten count and Kama was able to stagger to his feet. And the worst part of it all? Kama kicked Rocky in the ribs after he cried out for Adrian. And here I thought Kama was a romantic. Maybe he just needed more time with lady folk? But that could never happen, right?
