Someone Bought This: Buy some time with Buff Bagwell

WCW Buff Bagwell Buff shirt

I saw this on Lords Of Pain and just had to preserve it here:

Earlier we posted a clip of Marcus “Buff” Bagwell appearing on Showtime’s Gigolos show. Bagwell is now working as an escort for the Cowboys4Angels.com website, which partners with the Showtime show. Bagwell’s rates are $800 for two hours, $1,550 for four hours, $3,000 for overnight, $4,500 per day, $8,000 for a weekend trip and $25,000 for a whole week of his time.

So yes, Crappers- if you’re financially secure then you can now buy some quality time with Marcus Alexander Bagwell!

What you do with that time is up to you! Maybe you just want to dress up like Scotty Riggs and dance around with him to the American Males theme song?

So I was reading some recaps of the WCW’s 2000 and 2001 shows, and I decided to check on what Buff Bagwell was up to now. And I saw this passage on his Wikipedia entry:

“On February 27, 2014 Bagwell appeared on a Showtime Series called Gigolos. Looking to exit the life of a Pro Wrestler, Bagwell ventured into the world of male prostitution.”

Turns out it wasn’t a case of Wikipedia page vandalism. Here’s his Cowboys for Angels page, and his biography is hilarious on so many levels.

Any chance Buff and Scotty could reunite so you could get a 2-for-1 package deal? :-P

  3. AK says:

At least he’s not doing drugs…?

  4. Boz says:

Lets all go in a few pounds/dollars and ‘buy’ him for a few hours then, when he turns up, tell him we “just want to talk . . . . about wrestling”!

  5. Jimbolian says:

For $20 extra, he’ll wear his goofy Mad Hatter hat.

  6. Matt Soileau says:

    That’s pretty sad, actually.

  7. John C says:

I think we as a Crapper nation have to start a drive to have Buff stay with RD & Blade for a week. Just think of their zany adventures they could get into. All capped off with a video of them hanging out to The American Males theme.

  8. Jamie MacKay says:

I bet Judy’s wishing she hadn’t sabotaged his WWE career now. You’re right, Matt, this is sad.

    • "The Big Cheese" Paul Kraft says:

I don’t think we can really blame Judy for Buff’s WWF career fizzling out so fast. From what I’ve heard, it was almost entirely Buff’s fault

      • Jimbolian says:

I think the Bagwells were five years too early arriving at WWE. I could’ve seen Vince using Judy with Buff like the whole Shelton’s Mama angle in 2006.

      • Cenamark says:

I recall reading somewhere about Buff in the WWE. It was something along the lines of him being unwilling to adapt and change to the WWE’s style and he also rubbed a bunch of guys backstage the wrong way.

  9. BeaverCleavage says:

Is it really sad? He’s making bank right now, far more than most of his wrestling contemporaries at this point.

    • "The Big Cheese" Paul Kraft says:

Yes, and he’s also whoring himself out (literally) to do it. You don’t think that’s just a little pathetic?

      • The Scanian Maniac says:

Is not “a dinner and a movie” a form of payment? Or a lifetime support?
Is it inconceivable that there are happy sex workers?

      • BeaverCleavage says:

Hey, if he’s enjoying for it, good for him. There are plenty of guys who would love to be paid to have sex.

  10. Jamie MacKay says:

I remember an old blog by Jim Ross that described Judy Bagwell as being extremely difficult to work with. She was basically acting as Buff’s agent at the time. Constantly complaining about him having to work too many dates, etc. Plus his (Buff’s) own attitude not exactly giving anybody a good impression. On another note, 100.3 The Bear in Edmonton, Alberta has just renamed him “Buff Shagwell” LOL!

  11. Nick Nutter says:

Never before has the American Males theme song been so appropriate. Wait. Now that I think of it, it’s never been appropriate before.

  12. Nick Nutter says:

Also, I’d say “Insert Handsome Stranger joke here”, but using the word “insert” in association with this story just seems in bad taste.

  13. BaltoJim says:

Buff must have gotten the idea from Terry, Ronnie, and Jimmy Garvin’s lesser known cousin:

  14. Alexandru says:

i say good for Buff as he has the potential to make a lot of money off this for a little while as he’s good looking enough to do so. Also continuously paying for dates (if your a pushover/put a pussy on the pedestal ) is more or less prostitution anyway
