This is my favorite part of any Royal Rumble- the “goofy elimination spot”.

And here’s a whole 10 (!) of them for your viewing pleasure.

Which is your favorite, Crappers?

Ok was that during the Same RR when the Warlord and the Bush Wacker (either Butch or Luke) got eliminated almost right away?

Most of them were good comedy moments.2010’s Beth Phoenix elimination of Khali was pretty awesome… Randy Savage from 1993 was an awesome example of how to do all the work yourself.

    #10 is a classic moment.

The Khali elimination was one of the worst things I’ve ever seen in a Rumble.

Macho Man thought he was playing WWF Wrestlefest for a minute there.

Where was The Miz getting eliminated by Shiteswoggle??? Seriously if that had been anyone but The Miz it would not have been funny… 2008 Royal Rumble should be a WC inductee…

I have an EWR diary (started in 2000, now 02) in which I kept the Hurricane spot added a Crash spot where he was double Chokeslammed over the top by Show and Kane. And Randy Orton was basically mad libbed into Maven’s spot…

2008? (thinks back) The one with Cena’s awesome return? It wasn’t great, but enjoyable, kept a decent pace, and had an awesome finish. Other than 1997 and 1999, none of the Rumble matches were that bad. 1995 might be close with it’s Wrestlecrap Alumni Roster, but Shawn carried that fucker on his back.

  7. Bone White says:

In another world the Hurricane had pitched Austin and Hunter out there

  8. Mighty Vastardikai says:

They missed an awesome one. The one where Ernest Miller, Lamont, and Lamont’s wig were eliminated by Randy Orton and Chris Ben… oh right. 🙁

  9. Jimbolian says:

The one they missed was back in RR ’92 Randy Savage “eliminated” himself by going over the top rope to attack Jake Roberts, but somehow Gorilla and Heenan had to make up a whole thing about not being thrown out by someone else to cover the botch.

  10. Robbie P. says:

My favorite elimination has to be Mil Mascaras being a complete dumbass and eliminating himself from the Rumble just to have a high spot. Say what you will about Randy Savage eliminating himself, it made perfect sense in storyline for him to throw everything away just to go after Jake the Snake after Jake had sicced his cobra on Savage, and slapped Miss Elizabeth. Mil Mascaras was just an idiot.

They completely missed out kaientai from RR 2000, where they ran in and got pelted straight back out again!!

MVP lasted all of 0:07 seconds at the 2010 Royal Rumble
