It Came From YouTube: The Bushwhackers are out on the town

Crapper Jim Shea submitted this and write thusly:

This true gem comes to us from an episode of Superstars in the late 80′s as the Bushwhackers are waltzing around town asking for directions from an American businessman.

Where are they headed to? The WWF offices? The pub? The local house show?

Or perhaps they’re heading to a Levi’s fashion shoot with those extremely stylish jeans they’re wearing?

No! They’re heading to the bleedin’ New Zealand consulate!!!

There’s really not much else to say but to sit back and enjoy perhaps one of the best promos in WWE history!

Side note: If I’m not mistaken, this was filmed in front of my office building that I work at now in Stamford.

Thanks for the submission, Jim!

    Awesome!

My fave Bushwhackers promo, though, was the one on, I believe, Saturday Night’s Main Event where they come choo-chooing down the train tracks during the “Safari” segments. Gene and Alfred just stand there, pointing and watching them go by, and say nothing. I know they were a serious blood and guts team as the Sheepherders, but holy crap where they funny as the Bushwhackers.

  2. Wrestlecrap's Janitor says:

Used to joke with my brother that the Bushwhackers spent too much time whacking their bushes and not enough time winning.

  3. John says:

If only they would have been wearing matching Zubaz attire.

  4. Ian says:

Was that Jameson they were getting directions from? Looks and sounds like him.
