This is an odd one – both the theme tunes for Simon Dean and Bodydonnas, two WC inductees with similar gimmicks and talented wrestlers with stupid gimmicks

Is it me or do the themes sound very similar??? One for the WC faithful to mull over methinks

Yeah; they both kind of have a generic Aerobic thing going for them.

I guess it’s appropriate since both gimmicks are pretty much the same.

Thanks, Thomas!

Yeah they do sound similar, but it’s not unusual for wrestling companies to the same music for different wrestlers, Rad Radford and The Headbangers theme (it’s one of the other videos on WrestleCrap) Alex ‘The Pug” Porteau had the Steiners WWF theme (Even Paul Bearer had Papa Shango’s theme for a while in ’97) WCW did this as well, and they often remix them (I think Val Venis’ theme is a remix of The Model Rick Martel’s).

Another couple I can think of was the Brawl for All and Big Zeke, Ezekiel Jackson.

Funniest bit was another download and someone legit thinks the Bodydonnas theme is Simon Dean’s theme…

Ivory and Scott Putski had the same theme song

So did Rockin’ Robin & Sam Houston (well they are related) and Dory Funk Jr (at Royal Rumble ’96)

Brodus Clay’s theme was also Ernest The Cat Miller’s theme song

And Layla’s theme used to be Tiffany’s theme Insatiable

The Patriot and Kurt Angle…..no need to go any further with this one
