It Came From YouTube: Jackie Gayda turns heel on Linda Miles! What a thrilling ending!

Crapper Louis Izzo submitted this epic heel turn and writes:

I bet a lot of people don’t remember this… weeks before the infamous Jackie Gayda Match, was the Jackie Gayda Heel Turn that eventually lead to the Jackie Gayda Match.

Here, on one of the first episodes of WWE Velocity, Linda Miles is put in a match against ex-trainer, Ivory, due to annoying Vince McMahon (or something). Jackie turns on Linda at the end, just for the sake of turning heel, I suppose. Unfortunately it’s only the finish, but it does feature Linda jobbing to the worst X-Factor ever performed.

I guess she was lucky enough to be able to sit out the infamous tag match that earned them an express ticket to OVW.

Wow! Not since Hulk Hogan turned heel on WCW to join the NWO have I seen such an enthralling, fascinating, and riveting heel turn!

Thanks for the submission, Louis.

I think they turned Jackie heel because of all the booing when they announced her the second winner of Tough Enough–not realizing the crowd wasn’t necessarily booing her, but the fact there was two female winners.

Imagine if they announced Jackie as the winner first, then Linda Miles. Linda probably would’ve been turned heel and we might have been spared *that* match.

Odds are we would’ve gotten a variation of the same match, but with Linda in Jackie’s spot. She had an athletic background, but just from this small clip she had no business working in front of an audience. She was SLIGHTLY better than Jackie’s miserable performance in “that” match, but that’s not saying much.

This kind of crap is why I don’t watch WWE anymore.

That face plant move (not really an “X-Factor”) wasn’t even bad bro.

The best part is Al Snow’s “suprised” reaction. Its pretty clear he could not care less and knows
he made a mistake of picking these two over Jake or Kenny.
Also I think Linda’s flipping of Ivory at the beginning was 10 times worse than that x-factor
