It Came From YouTube: Hulk Hogan’s war bonnet and license plate necklace

Crapper Nick Blankenship writes:

The “Immortal Incredible American Made” Hulk Hogan needed a little extra help when taking on stiffs like Bad News Brown and King Haku, enter the war bonnet.

You know, to his credit; the stupid fist helmet.. erm.. I mean.. “war bonnet” distracts from how dumb he looks with the license plate necklace flung around to his back.

Maybe he was just trying out an early Halloween costume!

Anyway, thanks for the submission, Nick!

Were they planning on making that a regular thing at any point? Because the fact that they treat it like it’s almost serious is utterly mind boggling and borderline surreal.

  2. Rusty Shackleford says:

One year previous to this he wore “Heavy-Duty Camouflage” in the lead-up to the first annual Survivor Series.

Everybody including Craig DeGeorge had trouble recognizing him!

  3. John C says:

Rejected ideas for Hulk, wear a baby bonnet with a pacifier on top of the head and a bib around his neck. Boy did Superstar really suck as an announcer, “Well brother let me tell you brother” (no wonder where Hulk got that from). It was nice of 60′s era Jerry Lewis to show up as the special guest referee.

  4. Matt Soileau says:

    Pffffffffffft. He looks stupid.

  5. Excitement Personified says:

If only Mae Young had given birth to the fisting helmet instead of the hand.

  6. Mr Maddog says:

“I got some Bad News for you Hulk Hogan, no one will ever buy your war bonnet…”

    Oh, not that #BnB…
