Crapper GeneMean sent in this clip of Hulk Hogan in The Dungeon Of Doom’s lair and writes:

Watching the Darkside Hogan promo made me think of this awful/awesome segment from that feud. It’s enough to make me wish Mickey Rourke never stole The Wrestler out from under Hogan’s nose.

Oh man; I was having a really lousy day and I cannot tell you how much seeing this goofy vignette cheered me right up.

Thanks, GeneMean!

  1. Mr. Glen says:

Someone should show that footage on RAW to goof on the Big Show like they do whenever they show ‘Stand Back’ to goof on Vince McMahon.

  2. John says:

Where to begin okay…First Hogan does the Shockmasteresque entrance onto The Land of the Lost set (where were The Slestaks?). Really who told Hogan there would be Hulkamaniacs in some strange cave set. Is it insensitive to make the oww my hands are burned lets take some pictures for the Hulkamaniacs. As for King Curtis :SULLIVAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” That’s all I’m getting dizzy from all the dry ice.

  3. Brownie_the_3rd says:

    THERE’S NO HULKAMANIACS HERE!

  4. GeneMean says:

    You’re welcome, Paul!

There are so many layers of crap in this. My personal favorites are:

    1. Does Hulk go around purposely trying to burn his hand in scalding hot water?
    2. “The rare white Bengal tiger!”
    3. Hulk’s not getting the cheers he used to? It has to be the work of evil wizards.
    4. What is the exact conversion rate of Hulkamania to Giant Power?
    5. “There’s no Hulkamaniacs here!”

    It’s so bad.

    • "The Big Cheese" Paul Kraft says:

This thing really does raise a lot more questions than it answers, doesn’t it? heh…

  5. Bone White says:

    “You don’t understand Hogan”

    Me neither

  6. Wrestlecrap's Janitor says:

The more I think about the Dungeon of Doom, the more I hate that whole damn angle.

So stupid, so cheesy and why bother with that crap when ECW Hardcore TV was the alternative?

  7. Ben says:

    AAAH! It’s not hot!!!
