Amazon…Star Man…Fighter Hayabusa…it doesn’t get much better than this!

Why is THIS not on the Virtual Console? What’s wrong with you, Nintendo?!!

Sad, but true….one of my greatest accomplishments in life was beating this game. I would play as Star Man and keep hitting the ropes and using his flying shoulder tackle until I won. Quite possibly, the greatest wrestling game of its era…..and, it was much better than some ofnthe later games….

Ha! I played this with my brother last night! I was Amazon and he chose King Slender. Amazon growled, “I’m sorry…I LOVE YOU!” then went for the dreaded headbite and pinned Slender, ending his 40 year career. Slender bladed and could not stop crying. What a pity indeed.

somebody PERFECTLY recreated the NES pro wrestling roster in Fire Pro Returns. They even have both 32 bit versions and 8 bit versions.

I haven’t seen a crowd that riled up since Big Show v. Akebono.

Bet Hogan (aka Giant Panther) wouldn’t even put over Star Man in the end…
